Returns & Exchanges


Please note, all returns or exchanges are made for size swap or verifiable factory defects only.

To start a return, email us at within 30 calendar days after purchasing


1. Please indicate the reason for your return AND if you are looking to exchange or a refund.

2. For exchanges, please indicate a description/size/color etc. of the new product.

3. Once your request is reviewed, we will email you a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase AND the return authorization you received.

5. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

6. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

7. Items sent back to us without return authorization will not be accepted.

8. After we receive and inspect the merchandise for return, you will receive an email confirming receipt of merchandise and information on your exchange or refund.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, “new, unaltered and unused”, which means without showing signs of wear or damage.


Specifically for shoes, there should be no visible foot impressions or imprints on the insole and/or discolored or dirty out soles as a result of use. All returned items must have tags attached, and be in its original packaging.


Specific items excluded from return or exchanges are fishnets, face masks, clothing/apparel typically worn without undergarments, sale items, shoe-brushes, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please inspect your order upon receipt for defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item and contact us within 5 days of receiving the item so that we can evaluate the issue and try to assist. Please keep the original packaging.


Refunds are made to the same payment method of the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution. Refunds cannot be made for exchanges of items with a lower price. You will receive a store credit for the difference. strives to provide a smooth returns process, but we do reserve the right to reject a return for any reason; including, but not limited to, if an item is returned without following the return process; if an item arrives in worn, used or damaged condition, etc. If your return is not approved, will not be responsible for any shipping costs.
